Q. How safe are your bouncy castles?

A. Safety is paramount at Tiger Castles Bouncy Castle hire and all of our units comply with strict health and safety guidelines. They are of commercial quality, safety checked, hygienically cleaned, serviced regularly and industry-tested annually.

Q. When are your bouncy castles available?

A. Our castles are available 7 days a week, all year round, including bank holidays.

Q. How do I book?

A. Our preferred method is using the online booking system. To book online just use the buttons below the products to check the availability of your date and then follow the process to make your booking. However, you can also email us or call using the information on the contact us page.Contact Us

Q. How do I pay?

A. You can pay online by debit or credit card - just follow the booking procedure. You can either pay in full or pay a deposit and then the balance on delivery.

Q. How much notice do I need to give?

A. It is always best to book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Q. What happens if it rains on the day of hire?

A. It may be necessary for us to cancel your booking if there is extreme weather, but we will always supply a castle wherever possible.

Q. What happens if it rains during a hire?

A. It is recommended that you stop use if the rain becomes heavy as the bouncy castle becomes slippery when wet. Our inflatables can be dried with a towel.

Q. What does the price include?

A. All prices include delivery, setting up and taking down of bouncy castles and collection. You will also receive a blower, ground pegs, extension cable and a ground sheet. We will also talk you through everything you need to know regarding safe operation of the inflatable.

Q. When hiring bouncy castles, is there anything I need to provide?

A. You will need to supply a mains power supply.

Q. How much space is needed?

A. You will need to allow a minimum of 4ft at the front and rear of the bouncy castle and 3ft on either side, this is to allow access. Please make sure all garden items such as garden toys, furniture and slides are cleared and that any rubbish is removed from the area where the bouncy castle is to be sited, Animal waste needs to be cleared up fully or you may run the risk of us cancelling.

Q. How long does it take to set-up?

A. Each castle takes about 10 minutes to set-up and 20 minutes to take down, times may vary slightly depending on which bouncy castle you have hired.

Q. What happens if a problem arises during the hire period?

A. It is very rare that a problem arises that cannot be dealt with by the hirer. However, in the unlikely event one should arise feel free to contact us at any time and we'll be around as soon as possible to sort it out.

Q. How does the inflatable operate?

A. All of our units run on electric fans. The blowers must be kept switched on at all times. Failure to do this will result in the bouncy castle deflating.

Q. How long do I get the bouncy castle for?

A. All of our hires are dropped off before mid day from as early as 7am during busy periods so please be prepared for an early drop, sometime we may contact you for a night before drop, all collection is from 5pm onwards.. Inflatables hired for indoor use have priority when it comes to delivery and collection times. This is due to the strict time-keeping policies associated with hall hire.

We do our utmost to let you have the unit for as long as possible. Evening and overnight hires can sometimes be arranged at an additional cost as long as there is adequate lighting and security.

Q. Can bouncy castles be set up on a slope?

A. No, as this does not comply with industry guidelines.
